Jabra's Taiwan distributor, Centron International, announced the release of its new true wireless earbuds, which were unveiled at CES 2018 earlier this year.elite 65tThe Evolve 4e, a pair of wireless earphones with a neckband, will be available for sale starting April 10th of this year. Continuing the design of the previous Jabra Elite Sport true wireless earphones, the new Elite 2018t true wireless earphones, which were unveiled at CES 65 earlier this year, are mainly designed for business applications and long-term outdoor use. They also use Bluetooth 5.0 with better connection efficiency and active noise reduction. The maximum continuous use time is up to 5 hours, and it can be charged with a storage box for up to 15 hours.
The Elite 65t features built-in touch controls for waking up Siri, Google Assistant, or Alexa on a paired phone. Furthermore, when combined with the newly developed Jabra Sound+ app and microphone, users can adjust the sound field directly using voice control.
In terms of color, the Elite 65t is available in three colors: titanium black, copper black and gold. Taiwan will first introduce the titanium black color, and it will be sold in the Taiwanese market from April 6290th at a price of NT$4.
The Elite Active 65t, which has the same appearance and functions as the Elite 65t, will also be introduced to the Taiwanese market in the future, according to Jabra International. The only difference between the two is that the Elite Active 65t is equipped with IP56-level waterproof and dustproof functions, and has added a dynamic sensor component to record fitness data with the Jabra exclusive app. It also has a special coating to reduce the risk of falling while wearing. The color options are only copper blue and copper red, and the price is slightly higher than the Elite 65t.
The Evolve 75e, a neck-wrap wireless headset launched simultaneously in Taiwan, is expected to enter the Taiwanese market in May this year. It is mainly designed for open space working environments. It can be fully charged within two hours and can be used continuously for up to 5 hours. It can also be quickly connected to mobile phones, tablets and other devices via Bluetooth pairing, or connected to a computer via a USB dongle.
Pairing is secured via built-in magnets, automatically enabling power-saving mode. Interchangeable ear tips provide a variety of fits and a better sound seal, while the earbuds themselves vibrate via the neckband for silent notifications. Like the Elite 65t, the Evolve 75e also supports Siri, Google Assistant, and Alexa digital assistants, with physical buttons offering quick access to calls, music playback, and activating digital assistants.
