Pat Gelsinger said that compared to past descriptions of artificial intelligence products, which often seemed dull and uninteresting, he believes that future applications of artificial intelligence will become interesting with the advent of automatically generated artificial intelligence and AI PC products, and he also expects that artificial intelligence will become even more ubiquitous.
In the next wave of artificial intelligence, Pat Gelsinger said Intel will still play an important role and once again drive the "Centrino moment" (Note), thereby injecting new growth momentum into the PC market and bringing a new user experience, and it is expected that Intel's long-standing Moore's Law will continue to grow.

As Qualcomm's Windows on Snapdragon and Apple's Mac ecosystem, transformed by its Apple Silicon processors, gradually erode Intel's previously solid PC market share, Pat Gelsinger believes that Intel still has sufficient technological strength to promote reforms in the existing PC market and drive further innovation and development.

In terms of artificial intelligence computing, Intel further stated that it will use Xeon processors and Gaudi accelerators to promote artificial intelligence computing performance. It also plans to launch the Xeon Scalable server processor code-named "Sierra Forest" in the first half of 2024, which will be equipped with 288 E-core designs. It emphasizes that it can increase cabinet density by 2.5 times and increase performance per watt by 2.4 times compared to the fourth-generation product.
