Intel earlier proposed"AI PC Acceleration Program" (Artificial Intelligence PC Acceleration Program), allowing more developers toCore Ultra series laptop processors, creating more application services that can apply its artificial intelligence technology.
In the Core Ultra series of laptop processors code-named "Meteor Lake", Intel has improved the artificial intelligence computing capabilities by equipping them with an NPU design. Currently, it has demonstrated application effects such as background noise removal and background blurring on the device side. The announcement of the "AI PC Acceleration Program" is intended to attract more developers to create more artificial intelligence application services using the Core Ultra series of laptop processors.
In this proposed plan, Intel will first cooperate with more than 100 brand companies, including Audacity, Adobe, BlackMagic, Webex, and Zoom, to launch a total of more than 300 applications and services using artificial intelligence. At the same time, Intel will also provide its OpenVINO development tool resources and corresponding marketing resources to attract more software technology companies to design and promote their own artificial intelligence application services.
Intel will officially launch its Core Ultra series of laptop processors on December 12. In addition to collaborating with numerous brands to launch a variety of laptop products equipped with the new processors, it is also expected that more software features utilizing artificial intelligence technology will be released.
