Following last year's launchnova 9 series, and the recently launchednew 9 SELater, Huawei announced the launch of the new nova 10 series of mobile phones, as well as the new smart watch HUAWEI Watch Fit 2 and the new positioning accessory Huawei Tag.
The nova 10 series of smartphones is still designed with women's selfie needs in mind. Therefore, the nova 10's video camera uses a 6000-megapixel ultra-wide-angle specification, while the nova 10 Pro uses the same ultra-wide-angle lens with an 800-megapixel portrait close-up lens (actually corresponding to a 2x optical zoom design) and supports autofocus for convenient selfies.
As for the rear camera, all nova 10 series phones use a 5000-megapixel wide-angle lens with an RYYB sensor, but the nova 10's lens uses an f/1.9 aperture design, while the nova 10 Pro uses an f/1.8 aperture. In terms of hardware specifications, the nova 10 series uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G 4G processor and is equipped with 8GB of memory. The storage capacity is divided into 128GB and 256GB. The battery capacity of the nova 10 is 4000mAh and supports 66W wired charging. The nova 10 Pro uses a 4500mAh capacity design and corresponds to 100W wired charging. It is claimed that the phone can be fully charged in 20 minutes.
In terms of color, the nova 10 series is available in four options: white, green, black, and purple. The suggested retail price of nova 10 starts at RMB 2699, while the suggested retail price of nova 10 Pro starts at RMB 3699.
The new products also include the HUAWEI Watch Fit 1.74 smartwatch with a 2-inch rectangular screen design, built-in GPS positioning, independent Bluetooth calling and music playback functions, and can recognize 97 sports modes such as frisbee, skateboarding, and rugby. The ground Zen battery life can reach 10 days, and the suggested retail price starts at RMB 899.
Another new product launched simultaneously is designed with a thickness of 5.6mm and a weight of 6 grams. It uses a triangular-shaped positioning accessory called Huawei Tag. It provides a battery life of up to 1 year and supports IP67. It can actively emit 92dB volume to make it easier for users to find it. It also claims that if the object bound to the Huawei Tag is separated from the phone for more than 15 seconds, the phone will automatically pop up a warning.
Like other positioning accessories, Huawei Tag can also establish a lost property network through Bluetooth positioning with other Huawei devices. Once a device passes by the location where the Huawei Tag was left, it will be sent back to the user's mobile phone via the Bluetooth network. At this time, the lost item can be found by reporting the location.
Huawei claims that all positioning information will be encrypted, and an alarm will be issued when an unfamiliar Huawei Tag appears near the user. The suggested retail price is RMB 99, and the price of a bundle of 4 sets is RMB 299. The leather keychain accessory provided by Huawei for this accessory will be sold at RMB 69.
