As previously revealedHuawei officially announced the launch of the international version of the Mate XT Ultimate three-screen folding phone and the international version of the Mate X6 foldable screen phone at an event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It also launched products such as the MatePad Pro 13.2-inch tablet device.
The international version of the phone will be equipped with an Android operating system based on the AOSP open source version and will use the EMUI 14.2 version. It does not use the HarmonyOS operating system like the Chinese market version. Therefore, it can generally run many Android platform apps, but there should still be some differences from the version provided by Google technical support.
The Mate XT Ultimate and Mate X6 launched for the international market are basically the same as the versions sold in the Chinese market. Huawei also did not specify the processor specifications used in the specifications, but in theory it should be Huawei's own processor, which is also used in the Mate 70 series.Kirin 9020 processor.
As for the announcement of the Mate XT Ultimate triple-screen folding phone in the international market, Huawei is clearly hoping to capture more user market share before Samsung prepares to launch a similar product, while also gaining more user attention in the international market with this product.
