Last year during CES 2024, it was announced thatHonda 0 Series Concept Electric VehicleEarlier during CES 2025, Honda confirmed that it had entered the prototype design stage, which distinguished between general sedans and SUV models. The latter is expected to officially enter the North American market in the first half of 2026, becoming the first model to carry the "H" brand logo. It will also adopt Honda's newly developed electric vehicle dedicated platform architecture and the new ASIMO vehicle operating system.
The two models will be named Honda 0 Saloon and Honda 0 SUV respectively. The latter is expected to enter the North American market in the first half of 2026 and will be launched in the global market thereafter.
At the same time, both models will be equipped with Level 3 autonomous driving functions and adopt the new ASIMO vehicle operating system to respond to various autonomous driving application services. As for charging specifications, they adopt the North American Charging Standard (NACS) based on the charging design of Tesla models, so they can use Tesla's Supercharger stations or more charging station services compatible with this charging specification.
As for the new "H" brand logo, it is presented in a simplified and flat form, echoing the idea of Honda's 0 series returning to the origin and building cars from scratch. It is expected to be put into use in 2026 and will be implemented in global markets such as North America, Japan, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South America.
