During IFA 2022, we announced a cooperation with Hisense.A short-throw projector called Cine 1, and is labeled with the Leica classic red label.
The collaboration with Hisense mainly involves the use of an aspherical lens set that meets Leica design standards and is built using Summicron lens technology. It also uses RGB laser components jointly developed by Hisense and Leica, and a DLP optical chipset provided by Texas Instruments.

Both projectors also support digital TV functions and are equipped with Hisense's VIDAA OS smart TV operating system. They can also use common online streaming video services such as YouTube, Prime Video, and Disney+.
In terms of suggested retail price, Cine 1 is sold at US$6900 and US$7900 respectively. It is expected to be launched in the European market first in the second quarter of 2023, and will be sold in the Chinese and US markets later.
