GoogleAndQualcommAnnounced that it will launch a more efficient Chrome browser for Arm-based Windows PCs equipped with Snapdragon processors.
According to the instructions, the Windows version of the Chrome browser designed to run on Snapdragon processors will be able to run in an optimized manner and achieve full web browsing efficiency, and it also emphasizes that the performance has been significantly improved in the Speedometer 2.1 test results.
Qualcomm also stated that Windows PCs powered by the Snapdragon X Elite processor will be available in the middle of this year and will be compatible with a variety of artificial intelligence applications. A Windows version of the Chrome browser designed for Snapdragon processors is expected to be released this week.
The first wave of Windows PCs powered by the Snapdragon X Elite processor will likely be launched by companies like Samsung and Microsoft, but Qualcomm hasn't disclosed specific details yet.
