Google's recent updatesIts Gemini artificial intelligence technology, and earlier it allowed Gemini to targetGoogle Spreadsheet Analyze data in Google Sheets to generate deeper insights.
In the new version of Google Spreadsheets, simply click the "Analyze for insights" item to use Gemini to quickly analyze trends, correlations, and other insights between different variables in the data, and create relevant charts based on these results, allowing users to use them as reference material when creating documents.
This feature does have some limitations. For example, due to privacy protection principles, all generated charts will not be linked to the original data. Therefore, after subsequent data adjustments, the chart data will not be updated. To ensure more accurate data analysis results, Google will require users to provide data in a consistent format and integrity.
Currently, this feature is only available to Google One AI Premium, or Google Workspace Business Standard Edition, Business Plus Edition, and Enterprise Edition. Access is also available to Gemini Education, Gemini Education Premium, Gemini Business, and Gemini Enterprise editions.
