In conjunction with the Android 13 update, the mobile payment service previously promoted under the name Google Pay has been renamed Google Wallet. However, the local version of Google Pay service originally provided for the local area will still be retained in India, while the United States and Singapore will retain both the existing Google Pay service and the new version of Google Wallet service.
Android L, which was previously launched to enhance the user experience of large screens and tablets, has been further improved in Android 13. In the interconnected application section, Android 13 further enhances the Chromecast wireless casting experience and adds more cooperative brands. Google expects to open Android 13 upgrades for existing Pixel series phones starting now, and will also open upgrades for Samsung, ASUS, HMD Global, iQOO, Motorola, OnePlus, OPPO, realme, Xiaomi, Sony, Tecno, vivo, Xiaomi and more OEM brand models later this year, but it mainly depends on the schedule of each brand.
