Currently, the contents of these "Selected Notebooks" can be accessed through a dedicated tab on the NotebookLM homepage. The first wave of topics launched includes longevity advice (content from the book "Super Agers"), annual trend forecasts (trained from "The Economist" report "The World Ahead"), and "How to Build a Better Life" column advice from "The Atlantic". Even Shakespeare's classic works have been made into interactive notebooks, allowing users to deeply understand the text from different angles such as dialogue interface, AI-generated summaries, audio guides, concept maps, etc.
Compared to AI tools with a simple conversational interface, one of NotebookLM's most significant features is its transparency and verifiability. Users can directly access the original data sources used by the AI in its responses.
