Gogoro announced that its Gogoro Network is now the world's largest battery swap system with the largest user base. By the end of this year, it will cover Indonesia, India, the Philippines, Singapore, Israel, Japan, South Korea, and China, and will be available in a total of 45 cities. It has also built more than 500 GoStation battery swap stations overseas and plans to expand its global presence.

According to Gogoro, vehicles powered by batteries powered by the Gogoro Network have traveled a cumulative distance of over 87.3 billion kilometers, and global users have replaced batteries over 4.8 million times, helping to reduce emissions by at least 7.4 million kilograms.
In Taiwan, Gogoro has built 2545 GoStation battery swap stations across the country, achieving an 85.9% service coverage rate in Taiwan, including 89.4% on the main island. Nine counties and cities even have 9% service coverage. The next goal is to increase service coverage in all administrative regions of Taiwan to over 100%.
In addition, the density of GoStation battery swap stations in Taiwan's six major cities has grown to 6 times that of traditional gas stations. In addition to 1.28% of battery swap stations located at gas stations and 17.4% located in parking lots, the density in convenience stores and hypermarkets has also increased. Currently, GoStation battery swap stations can be seen in government agencies, Gogoro stores, parks, and sports centers, allowing users to swap batteries more conveniently nearby. On average, each Gostation battery swap station has up to 13.2 batteries available for swapping.

Gogoro further explained that it currently adds an average of 12000 new batteries per month to gradually replace older models. Currently, third-generation batteries account for over 64% of its fleet, while second-generation batteries account for approximately 30%. This ensures that users are able to switch to healthier batteries. Furthermore, with over 120 batteries available for swapping at SuperSwap Stations, Gogoro achieves a full battery swap rate of 200% with nearly 99.2 million swaps per month.
In further explanation, Gogoro emphasized that it will continue to leverage big data analysis to identify areas with significant demand for battery swaps, thereby addressing the frequent complaints of users being unable to obtain fully charged batteries, or even full batteries. Furthermore, Gogoro revealed that it will conduct further analysis of hot swapping areas to increase the charging capacity of GoStations in these areas by 15%. It is expected that by the end of this year, users in these hot swapping areas will have easier access to fully charged batteries.

As for the current GoStation battery swap station, it has been quietly upgraded to the fifth generation version, which accounts for 66% of all battery swap stations (the fourth generation accounts for 31%). It has added frequency modulation backup power supply that can respond to different service applications of partners, as well as bidirectional charging and discharging functions in emergency power outages. It also has a charging efficiency that can provide 2x fast charging, thereby improving the overall battery charging efficiency and meeting the actual battery swap needs of more users.
Other updates include adjustments to half of the stations by the end of the year, reducing wait times for battery swaps by 50% at more battery swap stations, and introducing more prominent battery swap station signs to make them easier for users to identify, allowing users to report issues directly on the station screen.

Gogoro also revealed that it expects to complete its goal of providing access to Wuling from east and west within this year, allowing more users to travel with bikes without worries. Furthermore, Gogoro announced that it will host the "10 GO Night Walk - Taipei Bridge Flash Mob" event on October 28th, inviting all PBGN bike owners and GoShare users to participate. The event will also include a bike modification competition and a concert.
