Gogoro announced an exclusive sales partnership with Cycle & Carriage in Singapore. The company plans to sell its smart electric scooters, including the Gogoro SuperSport, Gogoro Premium, and Gogoro VIVA MIX, in Singapore in the fourth quarter of this year, and will also begin operating a battery swap system. Cycle & Carriage will also partner with Shell Recharge, Shell's electric vehicle charging arm, to install GoStation battery swap stations at Shell gas stations in Singapore.
Gogoro will start in March 2023Started working with Cycle & Carriage on the food delivery platform foodpanda, first launched the Gogoro smart electric scooter and battery swap platform pilot project in Singapore, which is expected to be completed in September this year. During this period, it has received many satisfactory feedback from delivery partners, and they are also satisfied with the leasing solutions and after-sales service provided by Cycle & Carriage.
Currently, the average monthly riding distance of each delivery partner is about 2200 kilometers, and the battery can be swapped up to twice a day, with a maximum driving distance of 100 kilometers after each battery swap.
Cycle & Carriage is collaborating with Shell Recharge, Shell's electric vehicle charging arm, to deploy GoStation battery swap stations at Shell gas stations in Singapore. The first station is expected to open in August of this year, with additional stations planned over the next two years. Cycle & Carriage will also launch three Gogoro smart electric scooters in Singapore in the fourth quarter of this year: the Gogoro SuperSport, Gogoro Premium, and Gogoro VIVA MIX.
