In response to the recent rampant text message scams, Gogolook announced the launch of a new anti-fraud app called Message Checker in Taiwan, which will be available for free.
Message Checker has previously been launched in Brazil and has accumulated nearly 100 million downloads. This entry into the Taiwanese market marks Message Checker's first stop in the Asian market.
Considering that Taiwanese users currently have an average of about five different types of app instant messaging push functions enabled, including LINE, Messenger, Facebook, Instagram, or text messages and other services pushing messages, they have become the target of many scams.
Message Checker uses the Gogolook anti-fraud database and artificial intelligence technology to classify and filter message notification content, and ensure user privacy in a decentralized manner.
In addition to providing fraud prevention, Message Checker also has functions such as message search, keyword filtering, and automatic message reply. The version launched in the Taiwan market has added an "AI Featured Summary" test function, allowing users to quickly summarize the large number of messages received each day and automatically summarize the key points.
