Fujifilm earlier updated its entry-level mirrorless model X-A7, emphasizing that the camera can be connected directly to Android phones via a wired connection and quickly transfer photos.
Compared to Bluetooth or Wi-Fi, Fuji believes that connecting the camera to the mobile phone via wired connection is more convenient to use and can also transfer photo files in a more stable way.
In terms of hardware specifications, the X-A7 uses Fujifilm's new 2420-megapixel sensor and supports focal plane phase detection autofocus. It also improves data transmission speed through copper wire, with a continuous shooting speed of up to 6 frames per second and a maximum of 13 frames written continuously. It supports 4K video recording at 29.97fps, and the ISO sensitivity ranges from 200 to 12800, expandable to ISO 100 to 51200.
The body of the camera is equipped with a flip-up LCD screen for easy framing, and can also be used for selfies. It also supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections, but emphasizes that it can be connected to Android phones via the USB-C port and transfer photos at a speed 8 times faster than Wi-Fi.
X-A7將會搭配XC15-45mm F3.5-5.6 OIS PZ鏡頭銷售,建議售價為84500日圓,將會在今年10月正式推出。
