As for Samsung's self-repair program, it will cooperate with iFixit, ASWO, 2Service and other companies to provide special repair tools and Samsung-certified replacement parts. Not only Samsung, but also companies including Apple, Microsoft, and Google have begun to provide self-service repair solutions in the United States and other regions, allowing consumers to repair problematic products by following the repair guides provided by the manufacturer and using authorized repair tools and parts.
