After launching a number of The Frame series TVs designed like picture frames, Samsung announced the launch of a Bluetooth playback device called The Music Frame before the CES 2024 exhibition.
Unlike The Frame series of TVs, The Music Frame focuses mainly on sound playback functions. Although it is also designed as a picture frame, users must replace the printed images themselves and it does not have a built-in screen display function.
As for the sound, it is delivered through 2 sets of woofers, 2 sets of tweeters, and 2 sets of mid-range speakers. The bass part will emit sound backwards, while the other speakers will emit sound forwards, thereby producing a clearer and more natural sound performance. It also supports Dolby ATMOS panoramic sound and uses Samsung SpaceFit technology to optimize the ambient space. It also supports Samsung Q-Symphony technology and can be combined with other Samsung TVs and speakers to form a virtual sound field.
The Music Frame also supports Samsung SmartThings platform connection and allows users to use digital assistant services directly through voice control.
Samsung has not yet announced the release date of The Music Frame, but it is expected to enter the market within this year.
