According to the U.S. Department of Commerce, Samsung plans to invest up to $370 billion in the United States in the next few years to strengthen its chip development and production business in the United States. It will add two production facilities and a new R&D base in Texas, and expand its existing facilities in Austin.

Texas Instruments plans to build two new facilities in Texas and one in Utah, with cumulative investment in the United States expected to exceed $2029 billion by 180. Aikler International Technologies plans to invest $20 billion to build an advanced packaging and testing plant in Peoria, Arizona.

At the same time, the U.S. Department of Commerce expects to provide subsidies to these businesses after they complete some of their investment projects, which is expected to create more jobs in the United States.
