At the same time, the company will continue to expand its telecommunications service ecosystem through alliances and investments, thereby providing more diverse and innovative services, enabling Far EasTone to maintain its overall growth momentum.
Jing Qi said that although he has taken over the position of general manager of Far EasTone, he still continues to promote transformation and growth within Far EasTone. This time, he proposed a "Big. People. Things" development model that combines big data, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things. It integrates its telecommunications services, connects to the commercial use of 5G network technology in the future, and connects with cloud services such as AWS and Microsoft to drive more growth momentum.
In addition, Far EasTone plans to get closer to users and listen more carefully to their actual needs. It also plans to transform from a traditional telecommunications operator into a digital service provider, becoming the best assistant for consumers or enterprises in digital applications. Promoting the development of innovative technologies and services
As for Jing Qi, Far EasTone actually began planning its "Big. People. Things" development model a long time ago. For example, it previously began to optimize the performance of online services through big data analysis. At the same time, it also used artificial intelligence through the Aijiang speaker and cooperated with Shin Kong Life Insurance to create an online customer service robot. It was also the first in Taiwan to complete NB-IoT network coverage and promote the NB-IoT Internet of Things ecosystem. In addition, it also co-published the country's first Internet of Things ecosystem manual with the Taiwan Cloud Internet of Things Industry Association to drive the popularity of Internet of Things applications in Taiwan.
In terms of innovative services, Far EasTone also partnered with Naver's LINE last year to launch LINE Mobile, a pure online one-stop telecommunications service. Future 5G network charges will not be reduced to "low-price competition"
As for whether the current low-price competition in Taiwan's 4G network charges will also affect the future pricing of 5G network charges, Jing Qi believes that future network charges will still reflect service quality, including more integration of telecommunications and content services, and even the performance of network connection quality. Therefore, she does not believe that future telecommunications network charges will become a low-price competition.
At the same time, in order to make the tariff plans to be implemented in the future more competitive, Jing Qi also revealed that the formulation of future tariff plans will take more consideration into account the needs of consumers, and even allow users to decide on a more flexible tariff combination model.
