Updated:An OpenAI spokesperson responded by accusing Elon Musk of repeatedly filing lawsuits and that his allegations were baseless.
Elon Musk has again appointed lawyers to sue OpenAI co-founders Sam Altman and Greg Brockman, as well as Microsoft.Apply for a court injunction, hoping to use legal means to prevent OpenAI from becoming a fully profit-oriented enterprise.
Elon Musk first filed a lawsuit against OpenAI co-founders Sam Altman, Greg Brockman and others in February of this year, and in a 2-page lawsuit, accused OpenAI of violating its original purpose of "benefiting humanity". He believed that OpenAI had accepted a $35 billion investment from Microsoft and held a 130% stake in it, and had become a "subsidiary" that helped Microsoft make profits.

The request for an injunction includes restricting OpenAI's existing investors from investing in other market competitors. It also applies to restrict OpenAI from obtaining information about competitors through Microsoft's board of directors, prohibiting OpenAI from transforming into a for-profit company, and hopes to restrict OpenAI from clearing or transferring the technical intellectual property rights held or controlled by its subsidiaries or affiliates.
Other restrictions include prohibiting OpenAI from engaging in business cooperation with corporate organizations that have significant economic interests in the lawsuit, so as to prevent OpenAI from gaining greater benefits.
The appointed lawyer also spoke on behalf of Elon Musk, claiming that OpenAI requires investors not to invest in competitors including Anthropic and xAI. Elon Musk also revealed that in October this year, at least one major investor refused to invest in xAI after providing funds to OpenAI.
Elon Musk also accused OpenAI CEO Sam Altman through his lawyer of investing in the digital trading platform Stripe and acquiring a 2% stake in it. He then introduced Stripe services as a trading platform in OpenAI services, thereby making a profit of more than $10 billion.
Elon Musk also claimed that OpenAI and Microsoft have deep cooperation, which enables the two sides to exchange specific market information and resources, allowing OpenAI to further benefit from it. He also emphasized that if the court does not approve this ban, it will cause irreparable harm.
