Although Twitter is in the process of changing its name recentlyCaused a lot of controversy, but Elon Musk is still convinced that the subsequent brand value of "X" will be more than 440 times the $10 billion he spent to acquire Twitter.
In response to a tweet shared by user @Teslaconomics, Elon Musk emphasized that the acquisition of Twitter was not only "super cheap," but also that the brand's value could increase by more than 10 times in the future. Earlier, Elon Musk had also declared that "X" would become the most valuable brand on Earth.
Since officially announcing the acquisition of Twitter in October 2022, Elon Musk has launched many service adjustments, including updating the paid subscription service Twitter Blue, launching a creator profit-sharing plan, and even recruiting NBCUniversal advertising head Linda Yaccarino to take over as Twitter CEO, while he himself stepped behind the scenes to promote more reforms to Twitter service projects.
@Teslaconomics, after analyzing the changes Twitter has undergone since Elon Musk's acquisition, believes that the company's pace of service updates compared to previous ones will create greater value in the future. Elon Musk recently hinted at transforming Twitter into a "universal service" like WeChat, a platform that users can deeply engage with daily. This includes the planned addition of financial services, extending Twitter beyond its traditional social media platform.
𝕏 built all of these things in 9 months. Now imagine what they will be building within the next 10 years. With @elonmusk & @lindayaX at the helm driving the pace of innovation & speed of killer features, will make 𝕏 the highest valued brand in the world. pic.twitter.com/hx9MjivGQt

However, if Apple wants to become the world's most valuable brand, it is clear that even if the current "X" grows tenfold, it is still not enough. After all, Apple's brand value has reached US$10 billion, followed by Google's brand value of US$8804 billion, Microsoft's brand value of US$5776 billion, and Amazon's brand value of US$5019 billion.
