The single microphone weighs only 10 grams and can be directly connected to DJI Pocket 3, Action 5 Pro, or the recently launched lightweight drone DJI Neo.
Like the previously launched microphone series, DJI Mic Mini also provides two sets of microphones and a single receiver, and comes with accessories such as a charging storage box and a wind shield. In addition to being able to be fixed to clothes, hats or backpacks through a clamp, the microphone can also be fixed with magnetic accessories. The appearance is only square and small in size, making it more suitable for portable use.
The microphone supports omnidirectional sound and can be set as a safe track. It can record at normal volume or 6dB lowered. It has two levels of noise reduction and can be used with a windshield to reduce wind noise. The microphone can record for up to 11.5 hours, and the charging case can be used to recharge 3.6 times, extending the usage time to 48 hours. It supports fast charging, which can record for 1 hour.
The new receiver can adjust the sound gain effect using a physical knob, and can be connected to most mobile phones and devices via a USB-C connector, or to cameras and other devices via a 3.5mm TRS transmission cable. It can also be connected to DJI Pocket 3, Action 5 Pro, and lightweight drones such as DJI Neo via DJI OsmoAudio wireless technology, and can even work with the DJI Fly App to automatically eliminate drone operating noise.
In addition to providing a combination of two microphones and a single receiver, DJI Mic Mini also offers a combination of a single microphone and a single receiver, mainly to meet different usage needs.
The DJI Mic Mini dual microphone and receiver combo is priced at NT$4490, while the single microphone and receiver combo is priced at NT$2290. The microphone itself is available separately for a suggested retail price of NT$1350 and comes in Carbon Black and Cloud White.
