After announcing the price of Disney+ subscription plan in Hong Kong, Disney also confirmed today (10/8) that the subscription plan in Taiwan will be available at NT$270 per month and NT$2790 per year.November 12stOfficially launched.
In comparison, Taiwan's subscription plan also allows for simultaneous viewing on up to four devices, and the maximum number of devices that can download videos for viewing is 10. Up to seven family members can be created under a single subscription plan. It also provides a children's mode and GroupWatch co-viewing functions, which are basically the same as the services provided in the United States and Hong Kong.
As for the audio and video specifications, it provides up to 4K resolution and supports HDR content playback. Some video content is even compatible with HDR10 or Dolby Vision format. The sound part supports Dolby Digital surround sound, and some video content even supports Dolby Atmos panoramic sound output.
Disney+ is currently available in 61 countries and regions across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Latin America, and is available in 21 languages. Content currently includes films and series from six major brands: Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic, and Star. This includes exclusive Disney+ originals and specials, as well as National Geographic documentaries and the Star channel.
The official launch date in Taiwan is November 11th, and Disney will also hold a Disney+ Day event for Disney+ users on that day, and is expected to announce more new content and fan celebrations, including Marvel Studios' "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings", which will premiere on the Disney+ platform, and the adventure film "Jungle Cruise", as well as the Disney+ original movie "Home Sweet Home Alone" and the new original series short film "Olaf Presents" will all be released on Disney+ Day.

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is also preparing to launch a special celebratory program on Disney+ that looks forward to the future.
