Crescendo Labs, which is using AI to create a new way of business communication, announced today (September 9) the launch of its new AI-native product, DAAC. This, combined with its previously launched MAAC and CAAC services, forms its complete "AI-First Communication Cloud" business communication strategy blueprint. The company claims to be able to eliminate the problem of stacking tools but still being unable to "communicate" smoothly. Through a one-stop platform solution, it helps companies fully connect data from marketing, sales, and customer service, creating a trusted and actionable AI team.

Xue Jin, co-founder and CEO of Crescendo Labs, pointed out that many companies face new "digital roadblocks" after introducing AI tools. This may be due to the lack of collaborative connectivity between tools, resulting in slower decision-making and even waste of manpower.
Xue Jin stated that generative AI is not only changing the way content is presented, but also changing users' previous habits of searching for information. Currently, nearly 10% of information searches are completed through AI, and even more shopping behaviors are completed with AI recommendations. It is also changing many usage habits in the workplace. For example, many companies are beginning to choose to introduce AI to solve traditional manpower problems, but some companies are still waiting and watching.
Currently, a large number of knowledge-based workflows powered by AI have been introduced within the Crescendo Lab. This allows traditional work information to no longer be found through search and other methods. Instead, AI can be used to accelerate information acquisition efficiency and gain more valuable insights, saving a considerable amount of manpower and time costs in the process.
The currently proposed DAAC (AI Data Analytics and Automation Cloud) service, combined with the previously launched MAAC (AI Marketing Analytics and Automation Cloud) and CAAC (AI Conversational Analytics and Automation Cloud) services, will form a complete "AI-First Communication Cloud" business communication strategy blueprint, helping companies break down tool and data barriers. Through a one-stop AI platform, they shorten the process from insight to action for corporate marketing and other decision-making, achieving true AI digital transformation.

Crescendo Labs aims to make business interactions more precise and effective by 2026, becoming a key tool for driving conversion rates and performance, and helping businesses transform data into actionable business insights. Currently, both MAAC and CAAC services include core AI capabilities, and DAAC is now open for enterprise application. All three platforms are expected to add more comprehensive AI modules throughout 2026, enabling businesses to more intuitively execute various business strategies.
At Crescendo Labs, the AI system "Jarvis" from Marvel's "Iron Man" was used to illustrate its service development goals. Regarding how to prevent AI systems from evolving into "Ultron," which could cause catastrophic damage to businesses, Xue Jin believes that this depends on the company's perspective on AI applications. This is especially true given the differing perspectives between European and American and Asian companies on the implementation of AI systems, leading to differing baselines and standards for data access in AI systems.
In the long run, however, the introduction of AI systems will undoubtedly improve business operational efficiency and significantly address existing human resource challenges. For example, the MAAC service offered by Crescendo Labs leverages AI to help businesses achieve targeted marketing at a lower cost. The CAAC service focuses on customer service and sales, using AI to instantly resolve approximately 80% of common customer issues, freeing up human customer service staff to handle specific, complex issues. The newly launched DAAC service uses AI to integrate cross-departmental data, providing rapid analysis, insights, and recommendations.
