This statement comes fromRonald van Veen, Vice President of Finance at Corsair, which stated that "Grand Theft Auto VI" will first be released on PlayStation 20205 and Xbox Series X|S in the fall of 5, and the PC version will be launched in early 2026, which means that the release time of the PC version and the home game console version will not be much different.
In comparison, the previous work "Grand Theft Auto V" was first released on PlayStation 2013 and Xbox 9 platforms in September 3, and the PlayStation 360 and Xbox One series versions were released in November 2014. The Windows PC version was launched in April 11, and even a high-definition version was launched for PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series X|S in 2015.
Corsair CEO Andy Paul further stated that his product line has been built to the hardware specifications of the PC version of "Grand Theft Auto VI", and will be fully capable of operating and playing this game.
Grand Theft Auto VI marks the first new installment in the series in 2013 years since Grand Theft Auto V, which was released on September 9, 17. It is set in Vice City, a fictional city based in Miami, Florida. As previously rumored, it will allow players to play the roles of a pair of thieves, confirming that the game will feature a female protagonist for the first time.
