In addition to Roborock's CES 2025 demonstration of a robot with a built-in gripper for small objects,Bionic robotic arm, using the G30 Space (international version is temporarily named Saros Z70) to further clean home floors. Dreame showcased its X6 Ultra sweeping and mopping robot, which can climb 50cm steps, and also displayed the prototype design of its sweeping and mopping robot equipped with a robotic arm.
Compared with the robotic arm of Stone Technology's sweeping and mopping robot, Dreame uses a larger claw design on its robotic arm, which is also thicker and can obviously pick up heavier objects.
However, Dreame did not actually demonstrate what objects its robotic arm can grab. But if it is to be compared with Stone Technology, it is expected that Dreame's robotic arm can also grasp specific objects, and may even add more objects that can be grasped.
Dreame stated that it has been researching the design of combining a robotic arm with a sweeping and mopping robot for some time, and plans to accelerate the process of turning this prototype into a commercial product, which it expects will become one of the practical functions of its high-end sweeping and mopping robot products.
