Recently launched in the international marketrealme 11x 5GAfterwards, realme announced the launch of realme GT5 in the Chinese market as a commemorative model for the brand's 5th anniversary.
In terms of hardware specifications, the realme GT5 uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, paired with a 1.5-inch flat AMOLED screen with a resolution of 144K+ and a 6.74Hz frame refresh rate design. It also supports 2160Hz high-frequency dynamic dimming and Pro XDR-level display effects.
The memory is equipped with 12GB or 16GB of LPDDRX memory and 256GB or 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage components. The battery capacity is 5240mAh and supports 150W wired fast charging. However, a 4600mAh version is also available, but it supports 240W wired fast charging. Both versions use the OPPO SuperVOOC S power management chip, which is claimed to allow the mobile phone battery to maintain a certain level of health performance.
As for the back of the body, it uses an RGB halo design called "Awakening Halo System Pro", which is composed of 4 sets of light strips that can display 26 colors, and can correspond to different display effects according to contacts and the communication status of 10 supported apps.
In addition, the main camera module on the back has a bit of the design vision of OPPO's Find series in the past. It boasts the use of "miracle glass" created in cooperation with BYD using full-coverage hot-forged glass technology, giving the camera module and the back cover a sense of integration. It is equipped with a 5000-megapixel wide-angle lens, an 800-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 200-megapixel macro lens. The video lens is 1600 megapixels.
realme GT5 is available in gray and green styles. The 150W fast charging version has a suggested retail price starting from RMB 2999, while the 240W fast charging version is priced at RMB 3799 and is equipped with 24GB of memory and 1TB of storage capacity.
