Canon announced a special upright body design camera in May this yearPowerShot V10, officially announced today (July 7) that it will be introduced into the Taiwan market, emphasizing that it has a built-in 18-inch sensor and a 1mm ultra-wide-angle lens, and can be used with the built-in tripod and flip screen for selfies.
The PowerShot V10 is also designed with current vlogging needs in mind. Users can quickly start shooting using the record button below the lens, view the scene on the 10-inch flip screen, and pick up audio through the omnidirectional microphone mounted on the top.
Due to the use of different sensor imaging ranges, the PowerShot V10 shoots 1520 million pixels when shooting still images and 1310 million pixels when recording videos. It also supports 4K UHD 30p and Full HD 60p video formats.
When shooting still images, the PowerShot V10 can track faces and lock onto objects for tracking shooting. When recording videos, a neutral density filter can be activated. It supports four recording modes: automatic shooting, electronic image stabilization, 5-level beauty enhancement, and manual exposure. 14 filter effects can also be applied.
The PowerShot V10 weighs 210 grams and has a built-in 1250mAh battery, which provides approximately 55 minutes of video recording time, making it sufficient for everyday short filming. The camera can also be connected to a computer as a video camera or connected to a mobile phone via Wi-Fi and an app.
Canon is selling the PowerShot V10 in Taiwan from now on. The suggested retail price for the single unit is NT$13990, while the deluxe set with an external microphone and tripod accessories is sold for NT$16990.
