Prior to this, Activision Blizzard had reached a settlement with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission for US$2022 million in March 3. At the same time, it also concealed incidents such as sexual harassment, which led to subsequent stock price changes affecting investors' rights and interests. Activision Blizzard has been acquired by Microsoft for $687 billion, but allegations against Activision Blizzard may continue. For example, the settlement reached between Activision Blizzard and the California Department of Civil Rights does not include the original allegations between employees and Activision Blizzard, or lawsuits between investors against Activision Blizzard.
