Although Intel did not participate in the keynote speech at Computex 2025, possibly due to the company's recent organizational restructuring, it still chose to set up a display area at Le Méridien Taipei during this period. New CEO Lip-Pu Chen also emphasized the construction of a new Intel and the two major strategies to help the semiconductor company stand up again while attending a dinner with the local supply chain themed on Intel's 40th anniversary in Taiwan.

Chen Lip-wu stated that Intel has been developing in Taiwan for over 40 years, and that the company itself has a 40-year-long relationship with Taiwan. As early as when he founded the venture capital firm Walden International, he began to collaborate deeply with Taiwan's industrial supply chain. Later, after becoming CEO of Cadence in 2009, he also maintained in-depth interactions with Taiwan's industrial supply chain, thus maintaining a considerable degree of connection with Taiwan.
Regarding Intel's current development, Lip-Bu Tan proposed two major reform guidelines: building the best products for customers and delighting our customers.
Among them, Intel will focus more on improving its technological capabilities and creating better processor computing products, which means that Intel will pay more attention to technology research and development and related resource investment in the future. At the same time, it will also require relevant personnel to continuously listen to customer feedback on problems and needs, so that they can conceive products that meet customer needs from the product planning stage, rather than waiting until entering the market to discover problems.
Chen Lip-wu also stated that Intel will listen to all customers, regardless of size, and will work with them to create more suitable computing products. Chen Lip-wu stated that Intel has maintained a deep partnership with Taiwan's industrial supply chain for the past 40 years and reaffirmed its commitment to partners, anticipating a new Intel.
