Bang & Olufsen announced earlier before IFA 2017 that it would be collaborating with LG to launch the BeoVision Eclipse series of televisions. These will combine Bang & Olufsen's soundbar technology with LG's OLED panel technology and premium design. A special TV stand will also allow users to adjust the viewing angle and position of the TV using a remote control.
Many are eagerly anticipating the BeoVision Eclipse series, a collaboration between Bang & Olufsen, known for its audio expertise, and LG, renowned for its OLED screens. These TVs feature a 4K OLED panel and a three-channel soundbar with a 450W output. Compatible with various services and apps via the webOS 3.5 operating system, they're available in 55-inch and 65-inch versions. They're also certified for Netflix and Amazon streaming, and boast exceptional black depth.
Another feature is the BeoVision Eclipse series TVs' unique movable stand design, allowing users to adjust the viewing angle and position of the TV using the remote control. However, this feature doesn't move with the user, as the TV still requires a wired power connection. Therefore, the remote control's ability to move the stand only allows for minor adjustments, allowing users to optimize their viewing angle.
As for the need to hang on the wall, BeoVision Eclipse series TV models can use another flip-out bracket accessory, so that the viewing angle of the TV on the wall can be changed to obtain a better viewing effect.
目前BeoVision Eclipse系列電視機種將在9月於美國境內推出,55吋與65吋機種建議售價分別為10990美元、11590美元,恐怕不是一般消費民眾較能負擔價位。
