A third-party service that allowed Android devices to send and receive iMessages, previously blocked by Apple on security groundsMini Beeper, earlier announced that its service has been "resurrected" again,As long as the user logs in with Apple ID.
The new version of Beeper Mini is currently available for download through the Google Play Store and is provided for free. Once it maintains stable operation, it will be restored to a subscription-based model.
In addition, Beeper Mini emphasizes that the service still maintains its security and privacy, and all messages will be encrypted and protected on the device side.
Currently, login is only verified through Apple ID, but Beeper said it will continue to resolve this issue.
Previously, Apple stated that it blocked Beeper Mini's access to iMessage servers through fake authentication information to protect user privacy, preventing potential data leaks and subsequent spam and phishing attacks. It is currently unclear whether Apple will still block Beeper Mini for security reasons after this adjustment.
