In conjunction with the action role-playing game that will be officially launched in the global market on August 8"Black Myth: Wukong", 8bitdo announced the release ofGame co-designed controller Ultimate 2C, and uses transparent black and crimson to echo the game's tones.
The control handles feature a tight hoop, centering, a golden hoop, and coiled dragon design elements. There are also wired and wireless versions, and the game also previews the design of important equipment elements that have not yet been released.
As for the control handle, it is compatible with PCs running Windows 10 and above, as well as devices running Android 9 and above. It has a cross button and an analog joystick, with an operation return rate of 1000Hz, and supports continuous button presses and customized function definitions.
Currently, it has only been confirmed that the Ultimate 2C controller, a co-designed controller for the "Black Myth: Wukong" game, will be priced at US$129 and US$169 in the Chinese market. This controller will also be launched in the global market, but the price information has not yet been disclosed.
"Black Myth: Wukong" was developed with Epic Games' Unreal Engine 5 game engine and is based on the mythological story of "Journey to the West". Players play the role of Wukong to explore mythical scenes and interact with many characters in the story. During the game, players can use the golden cudgel for close combat, or fight enemies through spells, transformations and magic tools.
In addition to using Unreal Engine 5 technology to create realistic 3D scenes and more natural character hair effects, it can also correspond to real 3D image rendering effects and realistic light and shadow refraction visuals. "Black Myth: Wukong" itself can also interpret more realistic light and shadow tracing performance through NVIDIA RTX technology, and can even be played at a higher frame rate.
"Black Myth: Wukong" is expected to be released on PlayStation 5 and PC platforms, with standard and deluxe editions respectively. A digital version will also be released. The release date of the Xbox Series X|S platform version has not yet been confirmed.
