Just as companies like Razer offer compatible controller accessories for iPhone, accessory company Backbone has also collaborated with Sony to create a special Backbone One controller that incorporates DualSense design elements and is optimized for PlayStation integration in the corresponding app.
However, this special edition controller is essentially the same as the standard Backbone One, with the Backbone app launch button and screen record button, a 3.5mm headphone jack on the bottom, a "PlayStation" logo on the back connection part, and a charging port corresponding to the Lightning port, which is mainly optimized for use with the PS Remote Play app.
Other corresponding functions are the same as the standard version. It also supports services such as Google Stadia and Microsoft Xbox Games Pass, and provides a one-year Backbone+ subscription service, which includes Discord Nitro service and Apple Arcade service, but it will obviously lack the Xbox Games Pass Ultimate subscription content compared to the standard version.
In addition to providing an iPhone version, Backbone will definitely launch an Android version in November this year, which will also meet the needs of PlayStation linkage.
