AYANEO, which previously launched a number of Windows game consoles, earlier announced through the Indiegogo crowdfunding website the launch of a new game console called AYANEO Slide. It will be equipped with a special sliding screen and can input text and other operations through the keyboard under the screen. It is expected to be officially launched in the second half of this year.
The overall look is very similar to early smartphones with a sliding design and a full keyboard. Arno said that this game handheld will use the AMD Ryzen 7 7840U processor, paired with a 6-inch 1080P resolution screen, and have a full keyboard function, making it convenient for users to input text and other operations.
The battery is 46.2Wh and is equipped with left and right analog joysticks, a cross button, and a main button design. It is available in black and white styles. It also has a built-in 6-axis gyroscope, an X-axis linear vibration motor, and other designs. It can provide clear sound playback through dual speakers. The storage capacity can be expanded through M.2 2280 SSD and micro SD memory card, and the charging efficiency can be improved through dual USB-C ports. The operating system is equipped with the new version of AYASpace 2.
It is not yet confirmed when the Ayaneo Slide is expected to enter the market, and its specific price has not yet been announced.
