AYANEO earlier revealed that it will launch a new Android game handheldAYANEO Pocket EVO, no specific launch date has been revealed yet, but specific details are expected to be revealed in the near future.
AYANEO Pocket EVO features a 7-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1920 x 1280 and supports a 120Hz frame rate. It is capable of playing high-definition gaming content or high-performance retro games. It can also stream AAA gaming content from game consoles or PC platforms, as well as high-frame rate mobile games, via cloud streaming.
Compared to previous Android-based handheld game consoles that mostly adopted a 5.5-inch or 6-inch design, Arno said that current high-end mobile games require larger screens to provide a more immersive experience. However, this is partly due to the fact that the device can play 3A-level game content in the form of cloud streaming, so the new device uses a 7-inch screen design.
At present, AYANEO has not announced the specifications of AYANEO Pocket EVO, such as the processor, but it is expected to be announced in the near future.
