To further promote the cultivation of technical talents, AWS announced the launch of the Education Equality Program at the re:Invent 2024 event, claiming to provide AWS cloud learning credits worth US$5 million over the next five years, and AWS technical experts will provide technical guidance. It hopes to help promote local computer skills education such as programming by supporting hundreds of non-profit organizations around the world.

If necessary, AWS will even provide relevant resources to these non-profit organizations to establish and promote technical talent training.
Code.org, a nonprofit organization that provides free programming technology education resources through a partnership with AWS, stated that by using artificial intelligence assistants built with AWS technical resources to assist in teaching, many teachers who have never been exposed to computer science education can easily become competent, thereby promoting the cultivation of future technical talents on a broader scale.

In addition to its ongoing collaboration with Code.org, AWS is also collaborating with 10 nonprofit organizations in 50 different countries and regions, including Rocket Learning, a nonprofit organization headquartered in India, to enable more children in remote areas to have access to more modern technology education resources.

AWS announced that it will provide AWS cloud learning credits worth $5 million over the next five years, and AWS technical experts will provide technical guidance. AWS hopes to create more technical talents through long-tail effects and fill the gap in artificial intelligence technology talent education.
At the same time, through this assistance program, AWS also expects to enable more corporate organizations to further introduce the correct and appropriate artificial intelligence application resources, helping to promote artificial intelligence technology innovation and growth in a more meaningful way.
