ASUS launched theFragrance Mouse (Fragrance Mouse) has officially entered the Taiwanese market and is priced at NT$1290. It can be picked up through home delivery, stores or ASUS Royal Service Center.
The scented mouse model is MD101. Through the built-in refillable fragrance chamber, users can fill it with their favorite essential oils to emit a fragrance that can improve their mood and focus immediately.
The mouse itself is available in pearl white and rose pink, with exquisite backlighting effects, satisfying the three senses of smell, touch and vision. It also supports RF 2.4GHz and Bluetooth 5.0 dual-mode wireless connection functions, and is compatible with Windows, Chrome and Mac devices. It is suitable for right-handed users, small and medium-sized hands, and office and learning environments.
The mouse feet are made of PTFE for smooth operation on the desktop, and the adjustable DPI supports up to 2400 DPI, ensuring sensitive control on various screen resolutions and surfaces. The right thumb rest is ergonomically designed, and the durable micro-switch is rated to withstand 1000 million clicks and is silent at less than 20 decibels. Built-in power-saving technology ensures up to one year of battery life on a single battery.
ASUS has previously launched the Adolbook series of laptops under the "Adol" brand in the Chinese market targeting female users with a similar design. It also added a scented sheet design to the Adolbook 14 Air, which was created in collaboration with the fashion brand Anna Sui, allowing the laptop to emit fragrance at any time.
However, ASUS currently has no plans to sell "Adol" brand laptop products in the Taiwanese market.
