DeepL GmbH, an artificial intelligence translation technology company founded in 2017 and headquartered in Cologne, Germany, announced earlier that its neural machine translation service has added a Traditional Chinese interface, increasing the number of languages supported by its translation service to 33.
Currently, the neural machine translation service provided by DeepL GmbH has attracted more than 3300 million Traditional Chinese users worldwide. The addition of a Traditional Chinese interface to its service is expected to attract even more user groups.
DeepL GmbH's services have been adopted by over 10 businesses, governments, and organizations worldwide, spanning industries such as law, retail, healthcare, technology, and manufacturing. Its translation and writing solutions are optimized for different languages, thereby improving the accuracy and reliability of communication among global users in different languages. This also reduces costs for businesses in cross-border communication and improves communication efficiency.
According to a report released this year by Forrester Research, DeepL GmbH's services can help global companies reduce translation time by up to 90% and overall workload by 50%, enabling them to communicate more efficiently.
Since Traditional Chinese is the primary language of communication in regions like Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau, and businesses in these regions frequently need to communicate with businesses and partners around the world, translation tools are even more crucial. Jarek Kutylowski, Founder and CEO of DeepL GmbH, said, "We understand the importance of these regions in global trade. The addition of Traditional Chinese not only enables businesses in these regions to expand their global operations more smoothly, but also provides numerous opportunities for companies looking to enter Asia's most influential markets."
