Previously, the codename "Confetti"New iCloud Features, earlier confirmed by AppleApple InvitesLaunched, it allows users to create invitations using pictures, and even create images through the "Image Playground" function of the "Apple Intelligence" service to invite specific people to participate in the event.
Like other Apple services, Apple Invites integrates with Apple apps like Maps and Weather, allowing guests to see their event location and weather conditions. Guests can even listen to a shared Apple Music playlist together, and if they also subscribe to Apple Music, they can edit it together. Furthermore, guests can share photos and videos from the same album, making it easy to share footage captured during the event.
Organizers will be able to confirm and schedule event invitations at any time, customize the details of the invitation, and share invitations via a link, allowing them to confirm the status of their responses later. Invitees can confirm the details of the invitations and RSVP through the "Apple Invites" app or website, and even report unsolicited "Apple Invites" invitations.
Currently, the "Apple Invites" App can be downloaded through the App Store in the United States, Taiwan and other regions, but it is only available to iCloud+ service subscribers, and the device must use iOS 18.3 or above. Invitees do not necessarily need to use an Apple account or Apple device, and can reply to event invitations at any time.
