Apple earlier released a homework background music video titled "Study With Me feat. Storm Reid x Apple" on its own YouTube channel, and the video stars Storm Reid, a new generation actress who has appeared in TV series such as "A Cross to Bear" and period drama film "Free Heart".
This 92-minute video is actually not entirely music. There are breaks in the middle, allowing the audience to take a short break after 25 minutes of continuous concentration.
Lofi is short for "low fidelity." The term first emerged in the 50s, primarily because many music creators at the time used simple recording equipment. This lack of professional studio equipment meant they couldn't filter out background noise, breathing, and other sounds, resulting in a more natural, hazy sound. This is why it's now used by modern musicians as background music to help them concentrate.
Currently, more and more people are using Lofi music content to make themselves more focused on work and study. Apple has launched its own Lofi video and made it available to people through YouTube. The video also explains the image of studying with a MacBook Pro, which may also attract more people to buy MacBook Pro models.
