Apple earlier announced the launch of its Apple TV App for Android platform models, allowing users to pay to subscribe to the Apple TV+ streaming video service and purchase Major League Soccer (MLS) season tickets to watch games, as well as a series of exclusive content, in-depth reports and professional analysis.
Before this, Apple had already provided Apple TV App on its product devices, and later made this App available onVarious Android TV and other smart TVs, as well as game consoles such as PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, are now further launched on Android platform devices to attract more people to use its streaming video services.
Android users can subscribe to the Apple TV+ service and purchase MLS season tickets through their Google Play accounts on Android phones, tablets, and other devices. The Apple TV+ service also offers a 7-day free trial.
Like the versions previously launched on other platforms, the Android version of the Apple TV App also has a "Continue Watching" function that allows users to continue playing content across devices, as well as a "Watch List" function for conveniently managing content they want to watch later. It also supports downloading content for offline viewing.
Currently, the Apple TV+ streaming video service includes popular series such as "The Cut," "The Outgoing Agents," "The Morning Show," "Innocent Sinners," "The Honest Clinic," "7 Hours," "Money Money Money Money," "Palm Beach," "Heroes," and "Ted Lasso: The Wrong-Shed Coach." It also includes Apple Original movies such as "Wolf," "The Raiders," "Running Man," "Killers of the Flower Moon," and "Rhythm of the Heart."
By purchasing an MLS season ticket through the Apple TV app, you can watch every MLS game anytime, and access exclusive content, in-depth coverage, and expert analysis. The 30th MLS season will kick off on the weekend of February 2nd, with all 22 teams officially in action.
Apple TV+ also offers "Friday Night Baseball," featuring two weekly Major League Baseball games, regardless of regional availability. Starting in 2025, Apple TV+ subscribers will also receive the all-new "Sunday Night Football," showcasing MLS' most anticipated matchups in prime time each week.
