Apple earlier bought the San Diego, CaliforniaRancho Vista Office Building, thereby expanding software and hardware development, and it is expected to add 1200 new jobs locally by the end of this year.
Previously, Apple primarily leased offices near the University of California, San Diego, and in the Rancho Bernardo neighborhood. The new San Diego office building, expected to cover 67 acres (approximately 82020 square meters), was acquired for $4.45 million.
