Apple Arcade, a monthly subscription gaming service for Apple's hardware devices that debuted at this year's spring conference, will be launched globally on September 9 and will be available as a family subscription plan at $19 per month.
In this announcement, Apple also announced that it will cooperate with game companies including KONAMI, CAPCOM, and ANNAPURNA to bring the newly designed "Frogger", "Into the Depth" which boasts real underwater sounds, and a music rhythm game with a new visual style.
In addition, the Apple Arcade service is expected to include more than 100 games, many of which are platform exclusives, and it will cooperate with well-known game producers such as Final Fantasy's father Hironobu Sakaguchi, Wang Youjian, Will Wright, as well as first-line manufacturers such as SEGA, Lego, Cartoon Network and Disney.
The Apple Arcade service is expected to be launched in global markets on September 9 and will be available as a family subscription plan of US$19 per month, with a one-month free trial available.
