When implementing AI applications, enterprises often worry most about data security and compliance risks. APMIC today (September 9th) announced the launch of PrivStation, a new, field-based AI platform. Targeted at highly sensitive industries such as government, finance, and manufacturing, the platform helps enterprises accelerate AI implementation and specialized model development while protecting data sovereignty. Nearly 17 enterprise customers have already applied for the first wave of trials, demonstrating strong market demand.

APMIC delivered impressive results last year, with revenue in 2024 growing by a significant 119% year-over-year, and the number of customers exceeding 1100, fully demonstrating the market enthusiasm for ground-based AI solutions. According to market research firm Verified Market Reports, the global ground-based AI platform market is projected to grow from $2024 billion in 15 to $2033 billion in 47, achieving a compound annual growth rate of 15.5%.
In addition, APMIC is also accelerating its overseas layout. After entering the United States in 2024, it appointed Ian Chen as General Manager of the United States in August 2025 to focus on promoting North American market strategies and partner cooperation. It also plans to establish offices in Japan and Southeast Asia in 8 to bring ground-based AI solutions to the world.
APMIC Founder and CEO Wu Bohan noted that as countries prioritize "sovereign AI" investment, ground-based AI deployment has become a trend that global businesses cannot ignore. Taiwan's accumulated technical expertise and proven experience serve as a springboard for APMIC's international expansion. Wu emphasized, "Our goal is to enable businesses and governments, even in highly regulated and high-risk environments, to safely master AI technology and transform it into a force for innovation and advancement."

The newly launched PrivStation platform integrates NVIDIA NIM's efficient inference model and incorporates multimodal RAG technology to support multimodal processing of Word, PDF, HTML, and images, with special enhancements for complex PDF forms to ensure the integrity of knowledge management and applications. The platform design also addresses three common pain points in AI implementation:
• Response traceability:All answers are accompanied by original document annotations to ensure compliance and audit requirements.
• Low import threshold:Through the no-code platform CaiGunn and the API tool PrivAI, enterprises can quickly deploy and conduct secondary development.
• Balance between performance and cost:Full support for NVIDIA Blackwell series chips ensures inference performance while taking cost control into consideration.
In practical applications, APMIC has assisted the Taipei City Land Bureau in launching "Hi Landy," a smart Q&A tool for pre-sale housing contracts. This system supports voice and photo queries and is used over 500 times per month, making it a successful example of government AI adoption. APMIC Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer Chang Shu-ming emphasized, "PrivStation allows businesses to truly implement sensitive data, moving from passively following technology to proactively mastering it, transforming AI into a growth engine."
As companies' concerns about data privacy continue to grow, APMIC's PrivStation shows that its ground-based AI platform is becoming a key market option, further enhancing the competitiveness of Taiwan's independent AI solutions on the international stage.
