AMD has launched the Ryzen Embedded 7000 series of embedded processors to target industrial needs, machine vision, and edge computing applications, and is collaborating with Advantech, ASRock, and DFI to promote various product applications.
At the 2023 Industrial Automation Exhibition (Smart Production Solutions 2023), Intel announced the launch of the Ryzen Embedded 7000 series embedded processors, which adopt the Zen 4 architecture, up to 12 core designs, and Radeon RDNA 2 display design to meet the needs of embedded computing applications such as industrial automation, machine vision, robotics or edge computing.

The Ryzen Embedded 7000 series embedded processors are built using TSMC's 5nm process and offer a seven-year production supply commitment to meet customers' long-term adoption needs. They are also compatible with operating system environments including Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server, and Linux Ubuntu.
