The Ryzen 9000 series desktop processors are available in two specifications: Ryzen 9 9950X and Ryzen 9 9900X. The former is equipped with 16 cores, 32 threads, a maximum operating clock of 5.7GHz, and a total of 80MB of cache memory, with a thermal design power consumption of 170W. The latter is equipped with 12 cores, 24 threads, a maximum operating clock of 5.6GHz, and a total of 76MB of cache memory, with a thermal design power consumption of 120W.
