Last year, it was announced that the name would be A.mazon HaulAmazon launched a new e-commerce service exclusively for mobile devices, boasting delivery of ordered goods to consumers within two weeks. Following this, and its competition with Shein and Temu (the overseas version of Pinduoduo) in the fast fashion market, Amazon has further announced the launch of a new standalone app, "Amazon Bazaar," in the Taiwan market. This app offers consumers a brand-new shopping experience focused on affordable fashion, home, and lifestyle products, and provides hundreds of thousands of high-quality and affordable items.
Haul's global low-price shopping experience is being localized, with Taiwan added as one of 14 new markets.
Amazon emphasizes that Amazon Bazaar integrates the already popular Amazon Haul low-price shopping experience in countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, and Japan, and further expands it to more regions around the world. In addition to launching in Taiwan, Amazon Bazaar has also been launched simultaneously in 14 new regions, including Hong Kong, the Philippines, Kuwait, Peru, Argentina, and Nigeria.
Amazon explains that Amazon Haul and Amazon Bazaar offer the same ultra-low-price shopping experience, and the difference in their names is mainly based on local language and cultural characteristics.
Targeting products priced below NT$310, and incorporating interactive entertainment features.
The Amazon Bazaar App is part of the global Amazon Haul experience and its core feature is offering hundreds of thousands of affordable products. Amazon points out that most of these items are priced below NT$310, with some even as low as NT$60.
In addition to great deals, the Amazon Bazaar App will also incorporate interactive entertainment features, allowing consumers to enjoy fun experiences such as "social draws" and promotional activities while exploring discounted items.
Localized Experience: Free shipping on orders over NT$150, 15-day free returns.
For the Taiwan market, Amazon Bazaar offers comprehensive localization support and convenient services:
