atGeForce Now ServiceShortly after the official version was released, Activision Blizzard asked NVIDIA to remove its games such as "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare", "Overwatch", "World of Warcraft", "Diablo", and "Hearthstone" from the GeForce Now service.
Activision Blizzard has not stated the reason for asking NVIDIA to remove the above-mentioned games. Many believe that it may be related to the cooperation agreement signed by Activision Blizzard with Google, which includes exclusive live broadcast of its game e-sports events on the YouTube platform and the use of Google Cloud service platform for events.
The game content that has been available on the GeForce Now service since the beta testing phase will be removed from the shelves and is expected to be further transferred to the Google Stadia streaming game service platform, thereby strengthening the cooperative relationship between Activision Blizzard and Google.
In addition, Google recently announced that it will add at least 120 new games to the Stadia service this year, many of which will be platform exclusives, including games such as "Cyberpunk 2077", "Marvel's Avengers", and "Gods and Monsters".
