19 Japanese companies including NEC, NTT Data, and Hitachi jointly establishedArtificial Intelligence Certification Association, thereby establishing automatically generated artificial intelligence security certification standards.
Because automatically generated AI could have a greater impact on the market, Japanese companies plan to establish an AI Governance Association to certify the security and accuracy of AI technologies developed and used by various companies, in conjunction with the Japanese government's expected guiding policies by the end of this year.
The association plans to establish a certification system by 2024 to promote the development and application of self-generated AI and accelerate the development of related technologies. Furthermore, Japanese companies plan to jointly establish a research group to share knowledge related to AI technology and provide recommendations to the government on AI development.
In addition to Japanese companies establishing certification associations to provide relevant standards, American companies and government agencies have also begun discussing the certification and management methods of artificial intelligence technology, thereby allowing automatically generated artificial intelligence to be more safely applied in various business developments.
